Mr. Georgios Poimenidis has been the Managing Director of ALPHA ASTIKA AKINITA S.A. since 07/01/2013.
He was born in Athens in 1961 and graduated in 1984 from the National Metsovian Polytechnic as a Civil Engineer. He has worked as researcher and head engineer in public and private projects and since February 1990 has been offering his servises in various executive positions ALPHA ASTIKA AKINITA S.A. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Institute ofValuation (EL.I.E.) and the Association of Greek Valuers (A.VA.G.)

Mrs Marianna Antoniou was born in Athens in 1967. She graduated from the Athens University of Economics and has attended the MBA programme of EEDE.
She joined Alpha Bank since 1989 and as Manager of Accounting Division since 2010. She served as Vice President of Alpha Astika Akinita S.A. from 12.6.2012 to 17.6.2014.

Athanasios Syrrakos
Mr. Athanasios Syrrakos was born in Kalamata in 1954. He graduated from the Political Science Department at PanteionUniversity and the Law School of Athens University.
He holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in public law from the UniversityParis2 France, as a scholar of the Onassis Foundation. Since 1983 exercises the profession of lawyer. From 1996 to today provides his services as a salaried lawyer in the Legal Services Division of Alpha Bank, where in 2009 was appointed Director.

Sarantis-Evangelos Lolos
Mr. Sarantis-Evangelos Lolos was born in Athens in 1951. He is a Professor of Finance in the Department of Economic and Regional Development of Panteion University of Social and Political SciencesΣ.
He studied in Warwick University (G. Britain) and got a degree in mechanical engineering (B.Sc.) and economics (B.A.). In 1981 he received a Ph.D. in Economics from the CNAA in collaboration with Imperial College London. He was a member of the Bank of Greece's Directorate of Economic Studies (1985-1997) while working as an expert with administrative, advisory and research responsibilities in public and private sectors. His scientific work is mainly focused on financial, economic development, macroeconomic and structural policy issues.
