Mr. Georgios Poimenidis has been the Managing Director of ALPHA ASTIKA AKINITA S.A. since 07/01/2013.
He was born in Athens in 1961 and graduated in 1984 from the National Metsovian Polytechnic as a Civil Engineer. He has worked as researcher and head engineer in public and private projects and since February 1990 has been offering his servises in various executive positions ALPHA ASTIKA AKINITA S.A. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Institute ofValuation (EL.I.E.) and the Association of Greek Valuers (A.VA.G.)

Marianna Antoniou
Mrs Marianna Antoniou was born in Athens in 1967. She graduated from the Athens University of Economics and has attended the MBA programme of EEDE.
She joined Alpha Bank since 1989 and as Manager of Accounting Division since 2010. She served as Vice President of Alpha Astika Akinita S.A. from 12.6.2012 to 17.6.2014.

Panagiota Spiliotopoulou
Ms. Panagiota Spiliotopoulou is an executive with over 25 years’ experience in financial services industry.
She has a proven track record in upgrading operations and improving financial performance through change and performance management initiatives and cost reduction efforts, strong capabilities in business planning, performance measurement, cost control and management reporting, as well as staff development / leadership.

Aggeliki D.Samara
Angeliki Samara is an Assistant Professor in Accounting at the Department of Accounting and Finance, School of Business Administration, University of Macedonia.
She obtained her BSc in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, pursued her MSc degree in Applied Economics and Finance with academic direction in Applied Accounting and Auditing from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a PhD in Accounting from the University of Surrey, UK. She also holds a professional qualification in Audit from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL). She has extensive experience in accounting field and in the oversight of financial reporting and audit. She is a member of the Quality Control Board (QCB) of the Hellenic Accounting and Auditing Oversight Board (HAASOB) and of the Quality Control Committee (QCC) of SOEL. She has been an expert in EU twinning program on audit and accounting standards and corporate governance and a member of the team in the General Accounting Office (Ministry of Finance) for the preparation of the new Chart of Accounts for the Greek General Government. She is also the President of the Examinations Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL) for the conduction of the professional exams, a member of the Committee for Research Ethics of the University of Macedonia and member of several other committees in the university. She participates in national and international conferences of the accounting and audit field. Her research interests include Financial Reporting, International Financial Reporting Standards, Accounting, Auditing and Audit Committees. Her work has been presented in various academic conferences and has been published in peer reviewed academic journals.
